If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will be more than happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging and complete with their original labels. The company will not be liable for returns if the item is broken, damaged, spoiled, marked or stained. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
2. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or we have delivered the incorrect product(s) you have purchased.
3. Our refund policy only applies to purchases made on our website. If a person wishes to return an item purchased in-store they will be offered an exchange or store credit only.
